Each gummy contains 5000 µg biotin, 2.7 mg zinc, iodine, folic acid, pantothenic acid and vitamins A, C, D2, E, B6 and B12. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin, and zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal nails. Bloommies are vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.

Adults chew one gummy a day – no water needed. One jar holds 60 gummies, a full two-month supply. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not intended for anyone under 18. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a thyroid condition (contains iodine) or take medication, consult your doctor first. Biotin can affect some laboratory blood tests, so tell your doctor you take it before any test.
